What is GPSE?

Go Play Southeast is a mini-Convention held in the Great Smokey Mountains of East Tennessee. We rent a cabin and spend the weekend eating, drinking (non-alchoholic mostly), making merry and playing story games of all sorts. The atmosphere is relaxed. The venue is comfortable. The company is excellent. Also, if you like beautiful natural scenery, there’s no better gaming convention for you than Go Play Southeast.
In 2007 we had our first planned and successfully run Go Play Southeast get-together. We kept it relatively small, with only 12 attendees, but we plan on increasing the number of slots next year. We’re not sure exactly how many people we are going to be able to accommodate yet but it should be somewhere around 20. We’re not looking for it to become so big that it becomes a logistical nightmare (especially since I’m handling most of the logistics) but we do want enough participants for there to be a wide variety of games on offer and lots of new people to meet.
So, come on down and join us for us next time. You won’t regret good times and gaming… southern style.
